tools / settings / general checking start minimized does not work

Confirmed - but the behaviour on my system is quite interesting:

Starting with this option set opens fC in normal size, then the window minimizes for a short time and immediately returns to the original size....

Perhaps its a timing question and has something to do with restoring of saved settings?
