550 Panel refresh issue after compare files

FC XE version 550. I am running it under WinXP SP3 with the latest updates.

I have a folder tab in the left panel and a folder tab in the right panel, both folders are displaying different directories. I click on the "compare files" button. Then it seems icons are not extracted in the inactive panel. For example I have the µtorrent setup program in the left panel and have copied it to the right panel. Then I click on the "compare files" button. Then the icon of µtorrent in the inactive panel is not updated, i.e. it shows the windows generic icon for executables. This also happens if both panels are displaying the same directories. I have to manually refresh the inactive panel for the icon to be displayed.
