Initial Maximized State flicker

Hello! Marek, I hope you don't think think of our reports as us always "complaining"! I feel a little bad about always telling how something is the matter! I really appreciate your work, and am very glad to help make FCXE something great - thank you for having me on board. I am sure the other users here are in accord.

Well! Now for my complaint.

I always use my FCXE as a maximized window. It is maximized when I close. When I start FCXE, it first starts as a small window, about 6inches by 4 inches, and tries to completely load before it realizes it should be maximized. This takes about 10 seconds or so while you wait for it, but it does maximize after that.

I think that FC should set its maximized state *before* it becomes visible.

Also true in my case, although it doesn't take 10 seconds (initial folder doesn't have many items in my case).
