font attributes in address bar & cp icon in toolbar

Some little bugs (I think).
In Settings - View - Address Bar and Color/Font tab it seems impossible to change the attributes (bold, italic) of the chosen font
The Control panel icon in the Standard toolbar does not open the usual Control panel but preferences/settings of some installed tools (Java, QuickTime, FlashPlayer etc).
