copy and paste desturbes following fileselection

Hello, if I use the function copy and paste with CTRL-C and CTRL-V or with mouse, the copyprocess starts quite normally. If I want to select another file in the same directory or one level higher or from another partition, the selection doesn´t work at all, the name of the file doesn´t get inverted.
What is wrong?
