FC Portable: Recrussive Directory Compare? Show differences?

I'm looking for an App that will compare Folders & Files.

I've played with FreeCommander and can see how to compare two folders BUT...

1 - How do you get it to do a "recrusive" compare so it looks down the Directory Tree and compaires each folder within each folder and shows which files are alike and which are different?

2 - Can you have it show only the files that are different? Or just the files that are the same? Or just the files that are in A but not in B, etc.

It looks like a cool program but I just need a little help getting a quick start.
