Conserve Mouse moves

Given that it's easier to move the eye across the screen than the mouse, I would suggest moving all the controls for a pane to the same side. This would include the copy path | go to root | Go up toolbar at the end of the path bar, and the filter bar at the bottom of the pane. If these were moved to the left side of the pane, everything you need to click on to control the pane would be more localized. The status bar at the bottom could move over with no cost.

Of course, if these were movable toolbars, that would be ideal.
