#1 Post by blackcrack » 06.01.2009, 07:49

Hy,

the problem it is , to let run Freecommander in Reactos.org..
other programms may be run, but Freecommander not...
Total Commander run in Reactos.org maby not all icons shown, but it run !

you can test Freecommander in Reactos-Alfa 0.3.7 official (at download)
and the version 0.3.8 whant be come in the next week's..
Trunk-versionen of it whant be automatical generate at pase of programming,
but now be go to make stabile the Reactos.org Version 0.3.8..

Reactos.org Official Download

Trunk Builds
if not direcktly to see files, so go backwart 2-5 versions of it and press the button("Show") again..

Reactos it is a partner of Wine-project

Reactos it is a WinNT/Win32 Ordering System like Microsoft © Windows ®

Like Freecommander and Total Commander, but more open ;) OpenSource

therefor shold Freecommander supporting Reactos to work side on side and have a
Free File manager, maby not Open Source, but free..

best Regards
Blacky

No, Freecommander shouldn't change anything!
Freecommander runs on Windows, so the reactos-developers have to change ReactOS.

The main goal of the ReactOS project is to provide an operating system which is binary compatible with Windows. This will allow your Windows applications and drivers to run as they would on your Windows system without any modification!

PS: @blacky: you should know this (german: ReactOS muss angepasst werden und nicht das jeweilige Programm!)
