Firefox can block download

Some users have reported that the current version cannot be downloaded.
I've observed the following in Firefox:
- after the download, a blue dot appears in the toolbar to indicate that there is information


- if you click the button, then appears


- if you follow the option "Show more information", then



If you don't believe in the virus, you can still "allow download".
