Missing Theme Off setting under View File folder list

According to the help, there should be such a box.
I don't see this in my actual portable x64 donor version 911.

The help should be updated.
Currently, it shows 3 hits searching for Theme,
one of it shows "Theme off" under the File/folder list options.
