duplicates in file container

Please help me
I have a long list of files in a container, with many duplicates from different paths.
How I can select the older duplicates and remove them so I have a clean list with unique latest files ?

To be clear: you want to clean only the Container's temporary list of files - or also the files themselves in their original locations?

No I dont want to delete them, just selecting or removing from the container list (or from the search file modal window).
