different file size(FC vs TC)

why?

I trans atwsetup.exe to FTP, file size is "3707 KB".

Could it be that the archive bit is set in TC, but not in FC...making the filesize slightly different ?

I can`t see by the image if the attributes column is active or not....

If not, it could be something to do with the way the underlying code of each program retrieves, calculates & displays file info ?

I really don`t know about these things, but it`s strange
