Command line suggestions

It would be nice to have Ctrl-E combination to cycle all the command line items.
Also, by hitting Enter, if command line contains some text, it should be executed instead of opening file under cursor (even if command line does not have a focus)..

I'm supporting suggestion to execute command line on hitting "Enter".
I tried to execute an .exe-file with filename-parameter using "Ctrl-Enter", and then hit "Enter" in the end, but FC has executed not the command line, but file under cursor.

Yes, yes, yes!!! It should be changed (or optional), because it is not standard behaviour.
