891 - Item is deleted permanently when using "Delete to recycle bin" option!

To reproduce:
- enable the option "Don't move file to the recycle bin. Remove file immediately when deleted." for Windows Recycle Bin
- disable the option "Display delete confirmation dialog" for Windows Recycle Bin
- create a new text file for testing
- use option "Delete to recycle bin (Win)" action, button or shortcut to delete the test file
= file is deleted permanently!

- create another text file for testig
- use option "Delete to recycle bin (FC)" to delete the test file
- "Operation" option is set to "Send to Recycle Bin"
- press the Run button to delete file to recycle bin
= file is deleted permanently!

Tested also with default settings.

If it can't be fixed, at least those options could be renamed from "Delete to recycle bin" to just "Delete" or "Delete (based on Windows option)".

FC 891 donor 64-bit portable and 880 32-bit public portable, Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.

Confirmed in Build 891 64-bit Donor Portable on Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 19042.746 x64. Happens also for the Delete to recycle bin (FC) - no dialog variant

But if this can't be fixed then they should be removed as they just double the Delete permanently versions
