Compatibility hhc.exe <=> FreeCommander

Hi,
I've got a compatibility problem between Freecommander 2008.06c and hhc.exe (for compile .chm file).
When hhc.exe, is installed, FreeCommander start as a long time (2 at 3 min)
Have you got a solution or i'm the one to have this problem?

I use hhc.exe too and I do not have such problem.
