I'm trying to use the 'Favorites' to get to my most used folders quickly. I can set favorites, and they show in the favorite tree and work fine, but I can't add them to the toolbar. They show as icons but they are greyed out and not functional. I am obviously missing a setting somewhere but can't find what it is. Anybody help please?

You can add any folder to favorite tools toolbar.

None of that works on my system. The favorite tools toolbar allows me to add a new toolbar and name it, but then nothing else works in the edit box. None of the fields are responsive, they are all greyed out.
I can add the favorites 01 , 02 icons to my main toolbar but they are greyed out and none responsive. What setting am I missing??

You need to add new item, + symbol in the other pane, below the first Toolbar pane.

Once you create any favorite tools toolbar, you can easily drag&drop folders there, read Help and FAQ for more info and hints.
