1) Problem Summary
Folder icons are not properly displayed when customized folder icons are enabled with desktop.ini

2) Problem Detail
Folder icons are not properly displayed with the following mode:
- "Display All Item" mode (Ctrl +F1)
- "Display Detail Information" mode (Ctrl + F2)

Strangely, with thumbnail mode (for all size), the folder icons are properly displayed.
Windows Explorer can display the icons properly...

This issue only occurs at a network drive which is mapped from my NAS volume.

Try to change icons to "Extracted" for network drives.

That was it!
Now, everything is perfect.
