Enable the path bar to be editable with a single short right-click.
The menu that currently shows up could show up at a long right-click.

I like the idea, too.
After all, there is already a History button on the path bar, so I would rather click on it.

The path bar ist editable with the simple left click in the free space of the bar.

That seems odd, in the donor version a left click opens the history.
But the path in the path bar is working like in Windows explorer: if the path is c:\folder1\folder2\folder3\folder4\ when folder2 is clicked, it gets changed to c:\folder1\folder2\.
Of course, there are the settings.
