B375: access denied on dragging media files

Using the Favorite Tools feature, you can create a shortcut to programs such as winamp, media player and others and drag files from any of the panels directly over the program icon to quickly open those files.

While trying to drag many files (e.g. 30 WMV files) over the media player shortcut on my favorite tools toolbar, I received an error message:

FreeCommander.exe
E:\Program Files\windows media player\wplayer.exe
Access is denied.


Dragging fewer files will work fine. trying to drag more then the "limit" will cause the error message to popup.
