unable to copy files

while copying files, the message appears:
the operation cannot be completed - the file contains viruses or potentially harmful software.
actually the files are clean.
what should I do?

Thats not a FC problem.
You have to fix your anti-virus solution or switch it off while copying.

Actually the error message comes out in the error box in the comparison window during synchronization
