832 - Change to last active tab bugs and issues

- default settings
- create a toolbar button for "Change to last active tab"
- click 1st tab, then 3rd tab
- click the button "Change to last active tab"
- click to tab name
- tab is changed, correctly
- click the button "Change to last active tab"
- click to free space or path (try it few times, to different zones)
= popup menu with history is shown, as clicking the address bar folder

- create a toolbar button for "Change to last active tab"
- click 1st tab, then 3rd tab
- click the button "Change to last active tab"
- click to tab name - bottom part of the item
= exception error dialog is shown

- create many tabs
- use Ctrl+PageUp or click to "Change to last active tab" button
= mouse wheel doesn't work to scroll the items (even after clicking the scrollbar, or right clicking any item)
= while the dialog is opened, hotkey PageUp go to next item, not previous
= while the dialog is opened, hotkey PageDown doesn't work at all

I think, it is solved.

Fixed in 8328, thanks, Marek. Just the wheel doesn't work, probably it's the same problem as in fav. tools dialog, mouse/system.
