825 - Not all column profiles are in the list

I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature, but why not all column profiles are in the list, when I right click the column header?

I have 8 column profiles, but just 2 are shown in the list, I can't change to others manually.

I tested with default settings and it looks these are shown in the list:
- default, empty condition
- <fixed> condition
- <plain> condition

These are never shown in the list:
- <sub> condition
- <cart> condition
- <mask> condition
- <pidl> condition - recycle bin

Is it possible to show all column profiles in the context menu list?

Automatic views are missing completely in the list too.
