file selection after archive extraction bug

after extracting an archive when the current directory is automatically refreshed the preceding file/folder is selected. the consequences of this can be severe.

for instance, suppose i have a directory with 1 file and 1 folder:
b <-- a directory
a.rar <-- an archive

if i wanted to extract "a.rar" then delete "a.rar". i would perform these steps:
1) right click "a.rar" and choose from the winrar context menu "extract to a\" (wait for extraction to finish)
2) press SHIFT+DEL to delete "a.rar" ("a.rar" remains selected momentarily)
3) if the screen refreshes before the i press DELETE, directory "b" will be highlighted and deleted (the confirm box does pop up but SHIFT+DEL ENTER is automatic for most)
