Shortcuts Ctrl+1, ... Ctrl+9

Hi Guys!

I would like to know how the shortcuts connected to external programs works {Ctrl+1, ...9}

When I use Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+3 it work globally - it does not matter which program I am using. Ctrl+4 and higher works only when FC is on focus. There is no conflict between program I am currently focused on and FC's shortcuts.

Any suggestion how to make other shortcuts global as well?

Please check the "Define favorite tools" dialog. On the right site you have the option "Hotkey - global".
