R514: quick view problems with Office-documents

There is a problem with quick viewing Office documents which change something on opening; steps to reproduce:

- quick viewing special word documents which change something on opening and generate a temp file starting with ~$....
- quick viewing is done in the "Internet" category of the viewer by opening the document
- first quick view is correct for a short moment
- when the temporary file is generated on top of the list the file list order changes (option "new files on end of list" not checked) and the file above the original one is highlighted and quickviewed
- then the word file closes, the temporary file is deleted, the file list returns to its original order and the word file is again highlighted
- quick viewing is started again
- etc etc

No problems occured with the option "new files on end of list" checked - but then there is no change in file order...

Similar problems with Excelfiles, that do not generate a temp file but are modified and safed under the same name but another date (could also change the file order dependend on the sort criterias)

In the old 2009.02b-version there was no such problem despite any change in file order
