R508 - Empty folder remains when using FC move

When using FC move in R508, and copying a folder onto the Desktop, the empty folder source still remains.

This error doesn't occur, when copying a folder somewhere else.

Additional info: When moving a folder with subfolders onto the Desktop, the empty subfolder remains, too.

Not the same bug (still related somehow) but I don't want to open a new thread just for this: there is an empty folder named "FreeCommander" left behind in "AppData". Could this one be removed upon exit (portable freak here )? I can see this in the Info window:
