New download link for some Guides for FC version 2009-02

Last summer, I made three simple tutorials to configure FC version 2009-02 Interface, Toolbars/Favorite Tools, and Colors.

Maybe you can still get some use out of them, even if the next generation of FreeCommander is right around the corner.....
