Activate FreeCommander with keyboard using <Windows><E>

I am a new user and I like the program very much ! Thank you !

Before FreeCommander I was using Windows Explorer.
I could activate it pressing keyboard keys <Windows><E> at the same time.
This was very handy, because I like using the keyboard shortcuts whenever possible.

I have also tried Opus9, which is a commecial product. It allowed such activation, hence it is possible.

I have tried to find a setting for this in options, but no success
Is this possible in FreeCommander ?

Another way is the HotkeyP, great app if you like keyboard shortcuts, only 160kB but many great features.

I have tried the registry approach. It works, but it is useless, because it prevents the Control panel and Printers window from running.

I have also found another solution for shortcurs - http://www.autohotkey.com

I still think that <Win><E> would be a nice fueature to have. But it should be implemented on physical directories only, like Opus9 does. But this requires some internal logic in the program, this can not be done in registry only.

Do you think that this could be a feature request ?

Why not, but I don't see any reason for that. Another tool - exe file have to be created, that file must be started on Windows start and it must be running all the time. Why Marek should waste his time for this if such a tool already exist, it's small, free and much more universal.

For users who want to run FC via shortcut there is another alternative, create desktop shortcut, right click, properties and set the Shortcut key - but this way Win key is not supported (at least in Vista/XP).
