Error dialog shows while start up ver 2009.02a

If you press Ctrl+H to switch commander layout to UP-DOWN window, and exit. When you start up free commander the next time, it will pop up a model dialog:
Caption: Folder - FreeCommander
Error Logo: Cannot foucs a disabled or invisible window

And after press 'OK' button, you will find freecommander window lost some button on center split line of the two file windows.

You can Press Ctrl+H twice to resolve this temporarily.
