I have been using a different file manager that is no longer supported in Windows 7. One of its features that has been very useful was the capability to copy only files that were new or newer than existing files in a directory. This enables incremental backup of files, and in many ways is better than synchronize in that it avoids accidental copying of old unwanted files between directories.
