Can I assign shortcut to "Edit address bar"

#1 Post by tboege » 14.07.2009, 15:05

If I right-click on the right side of the address bar, I get the opportunity to select "Edit address bar" - but I cannot find any entry for that in the menues, and I can neither find a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to that specific feature. Can anyone tell me if it is possible - and evetually how?

To change the shortcut go to menu > Extras > Keyboard shortcuts > Folder - Edit address bar.

Another way is middle mouse button click the address bar - empty space or last / actual folder.

You're welcome. It's not easy to find what you need sometimes, it would be useful to have some quick search, or quick filter feature in keyboard shortcut dialog. :)

You can edit address bar by clicking the middle wheel button on it. no need for keyboard short-cut, unless you don't use mouse.
