Help file not working for me. Why?

#1 Post by DerekShaw » 26.03.2009, 17:04

I am trying out FreeCommander in Windows XP Professional SP2 and have also extracted the help file and copied it to the program folder. The main program works but when I try to use this help it does not open but I get a message

Navigation to the webpage was canceled
What you can try:
Retype the address.

I have broadband so there is a permanent internet connection.
Can you say what the problem could be and suggest a solution please?

What was your way to get information about the problem?
Maybe reading the FAQ or searching the forum?
I think there are a lot tips about your problem.

Thank you for the links to possible solutions.
Using the Unblock in properties did the trick.
