FTP Problem: Connect successfully, but no file is shown

I try to connect to the FTP using FreeCommander 2008.06c
The connection is successful, but there are no file shown.
Please help me to fix this problem. Thank you so much.

Have you had better results with other FTP clients? Just asking because some servers can be a bit peculiar.
