Freecommander and Gdrive

#1 Post by peer » 10.12.2008, 14:59

Hello,

I have installed Gmail Drive on my computer. With this programm I can use the storingsspace of my emailacount on Gmail as am extra disk. So I should have an extra disk available.

In "My Computer"and in the "Explorer" I can see the disk named "GMail Drive" and can read and write on it. So it is there and it works

In Freecommander the disk Gmail Drive is not available.
What can I do to let Freecommander see this extra disk?

Welcome peer

Have you had a look under My Network Places on the drive bar (if it is not there then check under Extras->Settings->Drives and make sure Show Network as Drive is ticked)?

Hello Clanman,

Thanks for thinking with me.

Yes, I did check My Network Places but Gmail Drive is not there. It should be available as an extra local drive not as a network place (the same for ftp)

A few mounts ago I used a progran that mounted a directory as an local drive and this worked fine. The extra drive was visible in Freecommander.

So my question is still there
