Build 927 Drag and Drop Default is Copy not Move

Build 927 Drag and Drop operation used to move the file, but Build 927 copy the file when drag and drop use left mouse button. Also, in Build 927, when enable option show popup menu for left button drop, the popup menu will not show.

Currently I have to use Build 926 due to this bug.

Thanks for such a good program. Hope this minor bug can be fixed in the next release. Thanks.

Not fixed completely here.

To reproduce:
- use 928 portable with default settings
- drag&drop any file to any folder item in another or same panel
- while dragging, the action says "Move to..."
- release the mouse button
= copy action is activated instead of move

Workaround, hold Shift while dragging to another folder item, then the action is correct - move.

Drag&drop to free space in another pane, same drive, works good.

FC 928 portable 64-bit, Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.

It works good in 921 32-bit public.

Not completely fixed yet. Additional observations:
To reproduce:
- use 928 portable with default settings
- now... Change settings > File/folder operations > Drag&drop > [check] "Show popup menu for left button drop"
- drag&drop any file to any folder item but.... in same panel
- while dragging, the action says "Move to..."
But.... no popup menu occurs, and the MOVE (actually a COPY, as previously reported) occurs without confirmation
- release the mouse button
= copy action is activated instead of move

Same here. I am using 928 64-bit donor version. Drag and Drop defaults to Copy not Move. My system is Windows 11 Home 24H2
