392 Installation Over Existing 388 Generated Errors

I just installed 392 over 388 and the installation gave me back a large group of error dialogs indicating that the version included with 392 was older than the existing version (388) and I had to confirm for each that I wanted to keep the newer version.

Should I not have opted to keep the "Newer" version that was installed with 388?

Or is indicating that you wish to keep the existing "Newer" version what is preferred?

It is only daylight saving time problem, simply overwrite all files.
