"Focus newest item / file" improvement

Currently these options focus the "newest" item or file, which is useful, but sometime incorrect item or file is focused, or user needs another file, 2nd newest, etc.

My suggestion: change this option to toggle newest item / file.

First click would focus newest item / file, same as now, bug 2nd click would focus 2nd newest item / file, 3 click would focuse 3rd newest item / file, etc.

Not sure if it should be limited to 3 or 10 items, and then focus 1st one again, or if it should just focus all items / files one by one.

The number of items / files could be set in the ini file, using the ini option.

Icon and name could be preserved, just description could be updated.

3 by default; and "0" would mean for all

Thus it would not hurt to see this in Settings

I think 1 should be default and perhaps it could be added only as ini option, toggle X newest items/files:

0 = no limit
1 = 1
2 = 2
3 = 3
4 = 4
5 = 5

I think, more options are not needed, perhaps even 3 would be enough.

Just it should be reset after changing panel, tab, folder, so the first click in a new location would be always 1st newest item / file.

Finding the newest item / file is easy with this option, but if it doesn't work, or other item is newer for any reason, it's quite complicated, need to changing view, sorting, scrolling - and after finding it, need to changed it all back, so it's even 5 or more steps. Using this existing / improved option it would be few clicks the same button, or same shortcut.
