841 - Viewer - another stay on top error dialog issue

To reproduce:
- for viewer use stay on top option
- add plugin uLister.wlx64 to plugins
- F3 to view txt file
= error dialog is shown, but it's behind Viewer window, partly or fully

The message is not from FC, I can not control what the plugin do.
Probably it would be correct to switch of "stay on top" if plugin is used.
