Missing context menu item

#1 Post by mikero » 12.08.2008, 10:33

Hello, I'm running FreeCommander 2008.06a on Vista Business 64 bit SP1. I have UltraEdit installed and it adds a context menu item entry that allows me to open any selected file in UltraEdit. Very convenient, but that context menu item entry doesn't show up in FreeCommander. FreeCommander does display those for WinRAR, however. I tried a commercial third party file manager and it shows the UltraEdit context menu item fine. With context menu item I mean the popup menu that appears when you right-click a selected file. Please let me know if more information is needed. I can also provide screenshots.

FreeCommander is a 32 program and can show items only from other 32 bit programs.

Yes, but I have the 32-bit version of UltraEdit installed (and WinRAR). I don't even think they come in 64-bit flavors.
