Simple rename functionality

When I try rename file and use name, which already exists in directory, FreeCommander says Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I expect something like question: File that name already exists. Do you want overwrite it? Yes/No

Hmm I got the same problem, but I didn't find out that this is becouse of the file that already exists in directory...
