The solution may be to have checkbox in the sync UI as this would save the hassle of enabling it in the compare window.

SUGGESTION - Option to run compare and sync as admin just like the search file dialog
If I want to use a backup and transfer to the program files directory or sub-dirs also it won't sync the folders unless in forced admin mode for FC.
The solution may be to have checkbox in the sync UI as this would save the hassle of enabling it in the compare window.
