Path doesn't update properly

In v. 705 64-bit FC is open and I open a DOS box and then change the environmental variable for path in system advance preferences, neither that DOS box nor any one I open reflects the new path until I close FC and re-start it.

Thats normal expected behaviour !
Only new parent processes will get the new path.
