right click available everywhere in the pane?

i want that right click is available everywhere in the pane in FC. here is an screenshot of what is bothering me.



frequently is my list big and i don't have place for the right click. i will not change anything, i just don't want that when i right click it automatically selects the file or directory on the left.
this only i miss form win ecplorer
anything else is perfect

p.s. yes, and how to disable the double click dir up on empty space
