Auto refresh on drives is no more disable

It was possible on the old version.
For me, it was an usefull option.
Without disabling, as i use FC for médical files, with quick view for pdf and doc, my folder refresh, and jump, every second , when Word makes a quick view.

Settings -> View -> File/Folder list -> Refresh -> Ignore these drives for auto refresh.
