I don't use the windows operating system for my personal computing, but at work I have to, and FreeCommander makes my daily life a more enjoyable.

I agree as well. I've used a number of file managers, freeware and paid, and FCXE is by far the best!

I joined the forum to add my thanks for this program. I've been using it exclusively for (I think) about 8 years and was delighted to see a new version finally available, as the old version, (as good as it is), was starting to show its age and I had started looking at alternatives. The new version is great and I'm delighted to be able to continue using this excellent program.
