tooltip on Dragging files over folders

I noticed that whilst dragging a file into folder in the same pane that the tooltip is incorrect.
Apparently, the tooltip is set on the mouseover of the first folder the drag operation comes into contact with.
After that, if you drag the file over another folder, the tooltip still shows the name of the initial folder you dragged over.

In other words, the tooltip does not update during the drag process.

Also, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but during the drag operation, the tooltip shows the name of the potential destination folder - but only if the file is in the same pane - if you drag a file from one pane over the folders in the other pane, you just get a + symbol, you don't get any folder names in tooltips.

I confirm the issue in version .640.
