Cannot move Favourite Toolbar up alongside standard Toolbar

My Menu+standard toolbar buttons still leave enough space on the top toolbar. I have two favourite(custom) toolbar. I like to move/dock one of my favourite toolbar on that space but FCXE-635 doesn't allow moving favourite toolbar up. I could do that in FC(2009b). So I am stuck with one extra row of toolbar. Hope to see this fixed. Another one of those good FC features taken out/broken in FCXE.

Are you asking if you can move your favorite tool bar next to the menu bar? If so, RMB on actions toolbar, select customize actions toolbar..., select general options tab, select many toolbars and check show menu as toolbar. This will allow you to move your toolbars to the right of the menu bar.

Thanks for the hint. Yes, Favorite tool bar next to the menu bar , not action toolbar. Your suggestion (I already have that option set) allows "Action" toolbar next to Menu bar, not Favourite toolbar. Favourite toolbar could be docked next to "Menu" bar in FC 2009b. FCXE 635 doesn't allow that. That was a good feature in FC.
