Space between favorites toolbar icons

I just updated to v636 and had to start with fresh settings. I've got everything pretty much configured the way I want, but I just can't find the setting to remove the space between the icons on the favorites toolbar. I had the spaces removed on my previous version and I don't want to reuse my old settings file. Can anyone tell me where this setting is?

I got it figured out. Right click on toolbar, customize action toolbar, select standard toolbar. Even though the the button size was 18 I had to increase the size, select ok, then go back and change it back to 18, then it worked.
