Splitter Bar Visibility

Is there a setting to show splitter bar on the right side of the window when you either toggle to show one panel or use the hot spot on the splitter to show the left panel 100%? If you use the hot spot on the splitter bar to show the right panel 100% the splitter bar moves to the left side and is still shown. This is excellent and I would like the same feature when showing the left panel 100%
