In the filelist, when files are shown with size there is a difference between kb and MB and GB:
Files with GB are shown 3,33 GB
Files with MB are shown 2,56 MB

You can choose the best size column for you in the file list (detail view).
Normally like in your case the standard column is "Größe Automatisch" (in your screenshot you have german language...). This means that the displayed value automatically switches between kB, MB and GB depending on the actual size.
If you prefer you can choose the other possible size columns named "Dateigröße kB", "Dateigröße MB" or "Dateigröße GB" (in german).....

It should read 1,37 kB but is shown as 2 kB

I think that "disk size" is shown, depending on cluster size.
